Ageing Well Festival 2026
This year’s Ageing Well Festival will run from 25th September to 9th October 2026. The theme is ‘Explore more, Connect more, Enjoy more’ and was decided in collaboration with our Lived Experience Advisory Group.
The Ageing Well Brighton and Hove annual festival provides opportunities for people aged 50 and over to explore new experiences and meet new people. The festival is a celebration of Brighton and Hove as a City in which to age well, to highlight the many activities that help reduce isolation and increase well-being in the older population.

Supporting Older People Experiencing or at Risk of Undernutrition Video Resource
In collaboration with our partners, Brighton & Hove Food Partnership, we have created a series of informative video resources designed to encourage positive conversations about preventing undernutrition in people aged 50+. Led by nutritionist Fran Taylor, these videos explore the key signs of undernutrition, offer practical guidance on nourishing snacks and fortified foods and highlight simple lifestyle changes that can make a big difference. These resources are ideal for anyone aged 50+ who wants support in maintaining a healthy diet and those caring or supporting an older person who may be at risk of undernutrition.
