From art to Zumba and everything in between
There are hundreds of groups and activities across the City from Portslade to Patcham, via Kemp Town and the Deans. Whether it is physical exercise – Aerobics to Yoga or something more sedate such as a discussion group or coffee meet up, knit and natter or learning a new skill there is something for everyone.
Our groups and activities are currently closed due to Coronavirus, however our staff teams are very much still available to help you throughout this challenging time. Call us if you want to speak to someone about any aspect of keeping healthy and well or want information on help and support available.
